Refund Policy
1. Your free first lesson
Your first 45-minute lesson is free and carries no charge or obligation.
2. Single lessons
A single lesson can be refunded or rescheduled if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Once a lesson has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
3. Packages (Singles & Couples)
Packages are non-refundable for a change of mind once they have begun. If you need to stop partway, any lessons not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion, on a pro-rata basis, less a reasonable administration fee and any non-recoverable costs. Individual lessons within a package follow the 24-hour rescheduling rule in our Terms.
4. Wedding packages
Wedding packages involve custom choreography and preparation time reserved specifically for you. Once choreography or planning work has begun, the package is non-refundable for a change of mind. If your circumstances change, please talk to us as early as possible, and any lessons not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion, less a reasonable administration fee and any non-recoverable costs.
5. Missed lessons & no-shows
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and may be charged. Reasonable flexibility is offered for genuine emergencies.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email Cyrus Henry at hello@dancewithcyrus.com.au with your name and booking details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services are not provided with due care and skill, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
